Shipments and Tracking
  • We offer Free shipping in India.
  • We work with the premier international courier companies like DHL,Aramex, UPS and Fedex and are capable of shipping to any country worldwide .
  • Shipping cost outside India is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page
  • An email is sent as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company confirming the shipment details These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company‚Äôs website detail. Please do access your spam and junk accounts for the emails being sent from our end.
  • An automated sms is also sent with shipping details for all domestic Parcels.
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  • In any case if you are looking for express deliveries and demand urgent requirement of the shipment, a express shipping charge can be paid prior to order shipping and the services can be availed.
VAT & Custom Duties
  • All products shipped in India will be charged with GST as specified and the same will reflect in the billing. No extra charges will be levied on Parcels delivered in India.
  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.
  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
  • International customers are liable and responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country.The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis. .

Delivery
  • All orders take 2 to 6 working days post shipping. Further information on the Order status can be provided on request.
  • There are SDA (Secured delivery Areas) and NSA (Neutral Service area) Areas defined by the government in your Country where deliveries are made in the Mail box or outside the doorstep. The courier companies will not make any Prior calls or intimate in any form for deliveries made or being attempted. These areas also fall under NSR (No signature required) Category and Hence no POD (proof of delivery) will be available for verification in times of any claims raised by the buyer.
  • Manndola will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
  • If you live in an area which is susceptible to package thieves or have had known of robbery and stealing earlier in your area, we would advise calling the courier company ( DHL, Aramex, FedEx or UPS) assigned to fulfill your and request to pick up your package Yourself at their nearest authorized pick up point closest to your address.
  • What if any Delays

  • Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate time only. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • We are uptight to maintain the TAT mentioned on the Product but there can be unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control due to which delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Address change Request
  • No address change requests can be honored post your orders are confirmed.
  • In case you change the address while receiving a call from the courier company for delivery, Please note additional charges will be levied and you will be liable to pay the same to Manndola.
Insurance
  • All parcels are secured and Insured in-transit until delivered. No extra cost is levied for insuring the same.
  • The In-transit risk is completely Manndola responsibility.

  • The shipment can be delivered to your family member or any other member in your absence and the liability of insurance is hence transferred to the recipient.
  • Any loss of shipment in transit will be investigated by our Team and the order will be reprocessed in 15 business days.
